1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Maism Production's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Maism Production provides photography, videography, and related creative services including but not limited to:
- Wedding photography and videography
- Event coverage
- Commercial and advertisement production
- Documentary filmmaking
- Cinematic film production
- Corporate video production
3. Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit and signed contract.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 30-50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event/shoot.
Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Intellectual Property
Copyright: All photographs, videos, and creative content produced by Maism Production remain the intellectual property of Maism Production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Usage Rights: Clients receive a license to use the delivered content for personal, non-commercial purposes unless a commercial license is purchased.
Portfolio Usage: We reserve the right to use images and videos from our work for promotional purposes, portfolio display, and marketing materials.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the event/project
- Ensure necessary permissions for shooting locations
- Communicate any specific requirements in advance
- Provide timely feedback during the editing process
- Make payments according to agreed terms
6. Delivery
Timeline: Delivery timelines vary based on project scope. Standard delivery is 4-8 weeks for weddings and events. Rush delivery may be available at an additional cost.
Revisions: Minor revisions are included. Major revisions or additional editing may incur extra charges.
File Storage: We retain copies of your files for up to 7 days after delivery. Long-term storage is available upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maism Production shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure, or third-party actions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu & Kashmir.
